How does Sports Kinesiology® relate to patient care?
Dr. Brian Garrett founded Sports Kinesiology®, a movement-based approach that considers how biomechanics, the nervous system, muscles, joints, posture, and movement relate. It informs personalized care; recommendations depend on each person’s circumstances.
