chiropractic care in san diego

With spring and summer on the horizon, we’ve noticed that many of our Minneapolis chiropractic patients are itching to get outdoors and get more active in the yard, the garden, or to just do more exercise outside in general. This can easily result in back pain, as well as pain in other areas, which makes knowing which movements are easy on your spine important to enjoying the warmer weather as much as you can. Which ones are those?
